3. Take time to be with yourself and get to know you again.
"But what will I do? I don't know how to not be busy. "Trust me, we understand ! Take 5 minutes of quiet alone time thinking about nothing. It will make a huge difference in your mood, your ability to handle difficult situations and how you interact with the people you love.
